Logan Bryan

Your real estate professional

Buy  ·  Sell  ·  Invest

Hi, I’m glad
you’re here.

Before real estate, I spent years helping executive teams make high-stakes decisions inside some of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations. I studied at The Wharton School and built the systems leaders used to make multi-million-dollar decisions.

Today, I use those same skills to help families make smart, confident real estate decisions. Buying or selling a home is deeply personal, and you deserve someone who can bring both strategy and honesty to the table — and help you feel supported through the process.

Outside of work, my world revolves around my wife and our four kids — big sister and triplets. Life is loud, busy, and meaningful in the best way.

At the end of the day, I care deeply about helping people build a life and a home that truly supports what matters most to them.

On the house

$1,000 toward your home prep, on me.

List with me and you’ll get up to $1,000 for handyman work, deep cleaning, or touch-ups. Your call. First impressions matter.

The pricing edge

A smarter way to buy and sell.

Most agents don’t know how to read the data. Buyers overpay; sellers leave money on the table. My brokerage uses a proprietary pricing model that tells you what a home is really worth — whether you’re writing an offer or setting a list price.

~$10K in upside, on average.

Every step handled

There are 155 steps in a real-estate transaction.

Most agents handle thirty of them and call the rest “details.” We don’t. Every step has a checklist, an owner, and a deadline so nothing falls through the cracks.

From the mountains to the desert, I’ll get your deal done.

Logan with family
  • What lights you up outside of work?

My world revolves around my wife and our four children. When I’m not with them, you’ll likely find me at the smoker — I love the process of slow-smoking meats for friends and family. I’m also a massive NBA fan and never miss an episode of Survivor. I love analyzing the strategy and gameplay behind it all.

  • What kind of life are you building for yourself and your family?

We’re building a life centered on service, community, and the freedom to enjoy the beauty of where we live. Our dream is to create our own sanctuary — a place with space to spread out, a massive garden, and animals. Home should be more than a house. It should be a peaceful, productive environment that supports the people inside it. Helping other families find their version of that is what drives me.

  • What are a few things people might not expect about you?

I spent the bulk of my career leading corporate strategy for some of the nation’s most successful healthcare organizations. I studied business strategy at the doctoral level at The Wharton School and spent years building systems and tools for executive leaders. I bring that same analytical rigor and strategic thinking to real estate.

  • What’s something you’re proud of?

Professionally, I’m proud of being a “zero-to-one” strategist — someone trusted to build systems, strategy, and infrastructure from the ground up. In healthcare, that work helped organizations operate more effectively and ultimately support better patient care. Personally, I’m most proud of the life my wife and I are building together. We’ve worked hard to create a home where our four children feel grounded, confident, and ready to take on the world. Raising big sis and triplets has stretched us in every direction — and we wouldn’t trade it.

  • How would your friends describe you?

A colleague once told me I can “hold court with anyone,” and I take it as a real compliment. Whether I’m with an executive team or sitting across from a first-time homebuyer, I try to be a listener first. My friends would describe me as strategic, hardworking, adaptable, and someone who operates with deep, non-negotiable integrity.

  • What’s one thing people can always count on from you?

Adaptability and expertise. In the corporate world, I became the go-to person for executive teams because I could quickly understand complex situations and help create a path forward. Real estate changes constantly, and you can count on me to bring strategy, strong negotiation, clear communication, and steady guidance through every stage of the process. I don’t just facilitate transactions — I help manage the strategy behind your move.

  • What’s something you value deeply?

Integrity is my baseline. I don’t cut corners, and I don’t hide hard truths. A real estate agent should be a strategic partner, not a yes-man. My job is to give you honest, thoughtful, data-driven guidance — even when it’s not the easiest conversation. If you hire me, I’ll always give it to you straight.
